Greetings from your Royal Gardens at Blackmud Creek Homeowners' Association.
Established in 2000, the Royal Gardens community is nestled between 111 Street and Ellerslie Road. Our quiet community has a playground and walking paths for outdoor activities, as well as convenient access to grocery stores and services.

Your homeowner fees are an important and mandatory part of living in Royal Gardens at Blackmud Creek. Annual Homeowners Association (HOA) fees for 2025 are $220 and were due on March 7, 2025.

We accept e-transfers! You can pay your HOA fees, or any outstanding fees, using e-transfer.
